At a la Catering, you will find a wide array of regional Mexican favorites.  From sumptuous appetizers, delicious entrees and tantalizing desserts...many of which are prepared using traditional ethnic recipes.  We also offer Mexican and American corporate lunch options as well as a wide array of traditional entrees.

Owner Lorenzo Ariza has over 30 years of cooking experience.  He began his career as a dishwasher at a coffee shop in California in 1972.   He learned to cook by working in various restaurants, hotels and catering companies.  Mr. Ariza was later appointed as executive chef for Off The Wall Catering in Venice, California.

Lorenzo is also the owner of Salsa A La Salsa and A La Salsa—two of the Twin Cities most critically acclaimed Mexican restaurants.
